El jurado ha valorado positivamente la estética sugerente de las ilustraciones de este cuento y, especialmente, la belleza y la armonía de sus composiciones marcadas por una sobriedad de recursos que, sin embargo, tiene una gran efectividad visual.
Se trata de una sencilla, pero emotiva, historia en la que el protagonismo no solo lo tienen los personajes, a los que vemos desde atrevidos encuadres, sino también el paisaje definido en líneas simples y limpias. Destaca su lenguaje gráfico vanguardista e impecable. Un cuento que nos habla de renunciar a la violencia y nos toca el corazón dejándonos una sonrisa en los labios.

The jury has positively valued the suggestive aesthetics of the illustrations of this story and, especially, the beauty and harmony of its compositions marked by a sobriety of resources that, however, has great visual effectiveness.
It is a simple, but emotional, story in which not only the characters have the leading role, whom we see from daring frames, but also the landscape defined in simple and clean lines. Its avant-garde and impeccable graphic language stands out. A story that tells us about giving up violence and touches our hearts leaving a smile on our lips.
